Construction of a theater with an approximate construction area of 10,628 m2 and a pedestrian bridge of approximately 200 linear meters which connects the theater with the current University campus. It is a work designed with the conditions of the best stages in Latin America, whose design is in charge of the architect Daniel Bermúdez, the same one who was in charge of the Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo in Bogotá. The project will be the first on the university grounds located in the northern area of Carrera 53 and includes extensive landscaping.

New Building with a total area of 1,873 m2 distributed over 3 floors and a roof terrace; located next to the current Library and with a connection through a covered bridge and on 2 levels between both buildings. The execution of the work has meant an engineering challenge before the requirements of the architectural design that the building will have: wide overhangs, thermoacoustic comfort.
