New Building with a total area of ​​1,873 m2 distributed over 3 floors and a roof terrace; located next to the current Library and with a connection through a covered bridge and on 2 levels between both buildings. The execution of the work has meant an engineering challenge before the requirements of the architectural design that the building will have: wide overhangs, thermoacoustic comfort.
